Build core technical skills and game understanding through a balanced combination of structured training and gameplay. Designed for athletes with Junior League and/or school experience, as well as motivated players newer to the sport.
Our Intermediate League is designed for athletes aged 11–13 who are ready for the next stage in their volleyball development. The program is ideal for players with some previous experience — whether through school teams, our Junior League, or other recreational play — while still being welcoming to motivated athletes who are newer to the sport.
Each session combines higher-level skill development with dynamic, game-based play, creating an environment where athletes can continue to build confidence while refining their technique and consistency.
Participants are placed on teams prior to the first session and train and play together throughout the full 8-week program. This consistent team experience helps athletes strengthen friendships, develop communication and teamwork skills, and deepen their enjoyment of the game.
Throughout the program, athletes continue to develop the five fundamental volleyball skills — passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defence — with increased technical focus and more game-like progression. Gameplay is faster and more structured than in the Junior division, giving athletes the opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Weekly beach camps for athletes of all levels – from those learning the game to rep players training for the OVA Beach Tour. Morning sessions focus on expert volleyball instruction and gameplay, while afternoons feature a mix of volleyball and classic summer camp activities like swimming, paddleboarding, and beach frisbee.
Beach volleyball is a fantastic way for athletes to build a complete, all-around skill set. With only two players on a court, athletes are involved in every rally and naturally develop all five fundamental volleyball skills — passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defence. Many rep athletes choose to train on the beach throughout the summer to continue improving their ball control, court awareness, and overall game.
In all of our camps, athletes are grouped by similar experience levels to ensure that instruction, drills, and gameplay are appropriate for each group. This allows newer players to build confidence and learn the fundamentals, while more experienced athletes are challenged with higher-level training and game situations.
Morning sessions focus on expert volleyball instruction, while afternoon sessions combine volleyball with classic summer activities like swimming, paddleboarding and beach frisbee.
