Cancellations

Refund options vary by program type. Please refer to your specific program below for detailed cancellation and refund information to ensure a smooth process for your family.

Processing Fees

Stripe credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Missed Sessions

Credits or refunds will not be issued for missed sessions if an athlete chooses not to attend.

Club Cancellations

If a session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., permits, weather), we will make every effort to reschedule. If a make-up session is not possible, refunds will not be issued; a credit may be provided for future Leaside Volleyball programs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In the event that an athlete is unable to attend a session(s), regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds or makeup class(es).
  • Up to and including the second session in a program, withdrawals will be subject to a $25 administration fee plus $50 for each session that has occurred at the time of withdrawal.
  • Please note that if payment was made by credit card, the fees charged by the credit card company are non-refundable.
  • There will be no refunds after the second session has occurred.

(Programs consisting of multiple consecutive sessions and registered as one bundled program)

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date.
  • Missed sessions are not eligible for make-up classes or credits.

(Standalone clinics registered individually. Registering for multiple single-day clinics does not constitute a multi-session program.)

  • Cancelations made more than 7 days prior to the clinic date are eligible for a refund, minus a $10 administration fee per clinic.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the clinic date.
  • Open Gym Clinics are non-refundable.
  • A full refund, minus a $25 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations made before the program/camp week begins.
  • After the program/camp week has started, a $50 administration fee will apply, and the refund will be prorated based on the number of days that have already passed.
