Scott is the President and co-founder of Get Ready. Scott\u2019s strong belief is to separate policies from procedures and truly \u201coperationalize\u201d these often complex, policy-based programs into response-ready capabilities. Scott has over twelve years experience in EMS from his early years as an EMT and paramedic in Banff, Los Angeles, and Toronto, and for eight years as a Critical Care Flight Paramedic on the Ontario Ministry of Health Air Ambulance helicopter service.<\/p>

Since 2001, Scott has helped lead his team to develop Emergency Management, Business Continuity, and pandemic planning for all levels of government, hospitals, school boards, professional services firms, and Fortune 500 companies.

Christel designs and develops the content for Get Ready\u2019s incident management programs. She is also a part of the implementation team, ensuring our clients needs are met.<\/p>

Christel has over 20 years of emergency response and emergency management experience, working for the chemical industry, municipal government, fire service, and healthcare. She co-chaired the Province of Ontario Interoperability Task Group (POINT),and participated on provincial Critical Infrastructure Assurance Program working groups and national Technology Interest Groups to promote interoperability across Canada. Kirk has over 15 years of software development experience and is the lead developer behind Get Ready\u2019s Proprietary software platform \u2013 ATLAS-Leadingtheway\u2122. He has played a critical role in building and maintaining the systems that power our emergency preparedness solutions, including the Ready ALERT\u2122, alert and notification system and the Code Tracker platform used by healthcare organizations to manage emergency codes in real time. His approach is to design software systems that are both efficient and scalable.<\/p>

Glenn completed his training in Nursing at John Moores University. Glenn has worked in the Emergency Management industry for over 15 years, working closely with agencies operating in the field during an incident, and organizations during the planning and recovery of an incident. Lucas has over twenty years of experience in Public Fire and Rescue Services. Over the years he has worked as a Fire Prevention Inspector, during that time he completed a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. He is also a trained Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) and a Hazardous Materials Technician.<\/p>

Since 2015 Lucas has worked with Get Ready\u2019s on-site Emergency Response Team (ERT) at Sanofi Pasteur Ltd. (Toronto campus). He is now the ERT Manager and leads over twenty firefighters and paramedics to respond and manage emergencies on-site. He also helps ensure that the Fire Drill Program and Fire Equipment Maintenance Programs are accurate and in compliance with the Ontario Fire Code and the Fire Marshalls Office.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
