RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have 20 business days to return your RootX\u00ae order from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, all products must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it.\u00a0 Please call us at 1-888-458-1979<\/strong> to receive return shipping instructions.<\/p>\n

Order must be returned in the same original packaging. You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs to return your order. We have the right to refuse any returns if the products are deemed to be unusable for resale.<\/p>\n

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once your return order has been received, it will be inspected\/investigated to determine if a refund is possible.\u00a0 We will notify you that we have received your returned product and inform you if a refund is to be issued.\u00a0 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through PayPal or the original method of payment.\u00a0 Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.\u00a0\u00a0You should receive your approved refund within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product.\u00a0 You will be sent a confirmation email for the refund.<\/p>\n

EXCHANGES<\/strong><\/p>\n

All of our products are quality checked for any defects or damage before leaving our warehouse.<\/p>\n

We only exchange items that have arrived damaged in transit. If your order arrived damaged, do not refuse the shipment<\/em><\/strong>. Make note of the damage on the shipping receipt and have the shipper\/rep sign it<\/em><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 Keep your shipment and then contact us immediately at 1-888-458-1979<\/strong> for further instructions.<\/p>\n

You will be asked to photograph damaged package\/product and to email the photos to: service@plumbperfect.ca<\/span> along with your name, contact information, invoice number and date the shipment arrived.\u00a0 If the RootX\u00ae product itself has been damaged beyond use, a replacement will be mailed out at no cost to you.<\/p>\n

We may or may not require the order to be returned.\u00a0 If a return is needed, it must be through the same method as it was received.\u00a0 The return shipping cost will be covered by either the original carrier or our company.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS\/CHANGE ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders are typically processed and shipped 24 – 48 hours after receiving them.\u00a0 You may cancel or change your order without penalty any time BEFORE your order has been shipped<\/em> by calling us at 1-888-458-1979<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
