We require 7 days’ notice prior to the event start for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Why we have this policy: Our classes, events, and workshops are staffed based on enrollment numbers, so we schedule the right number of instructors for each session. Last-minute cancellations can directly impact our instructors’ income and can also bring us below the minimum number of participants needed to run the session. This policy helps us be fair to our instructors and other participants.

• Cancel with 7+ days’ notice: Receive a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee to help cover Stripe’s non-refundable transaction fees.
• Reschedule with 7+ days’ notice: Your full payment will be transferred at no extra charge.
• Less than 7 days’ notice: Cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• Pass your spot on: You’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member up to 1 hour before the session starts, at no extra cost. Just contact us in advance with their name and email so we can update the booking.

Please note: Transfers are not available for member station bookings.
