Registration FAQs

The Canadian University Volleyball Camp & Showcase receives applications from athletes across Canada and the United States each year. The following information helps athletes and families better understand the registration and recruiting process.

Participants are organized by graduation year and playing position. This helps create stronger training groups and allows coaches to evaluate athletes in a more relevant competitive context. Because of the event format, only a fixed number of athletes can be accepted in each graduation year and position.

If your playing position or expected graduation year changes after registration, contact the showcase team as soon as possible so your registration can be updated. Accurate information helps organizers place athletes appropriately and maintain balanced groups.
All registrations are reviewed based on graduation year, position, level of play, achievements, performance metrics, and other athlete profile information. Athletes should complete every available field as thoroughly and accurately as possible.
Acceptance notifications are released in phases, beginning with the initial round in mid-August and continuing until all available spots are filled. Applying early gives athletes the advantage of being considered throughout the full acceptance period.
No. Because registration is limited by graduation year, position, and event capacity, not all applicants may be accepted. Applications are reviewed to create the strongest possible event experience for athletes and coaches.
Athletes should be prepared for a high-performance volleyball environment with multiple training sessions, competitive gameplay, performance testing, and coach evaluation across the two-day event.
