Before You Register

The Canadian University Volleyball Camp & Showcase registration policies are designed to protect the quality of the event for athletes, families, coaches, and organizers. Because the event requires venue commitments, coach scheduling, staffing, and preparation, refund availability changes as the event approaches.

Athletes and families should review all registration details, deadlines, and event communication carefully before completing registration.

Refund eligibility and withdrawal deadlines are communicated during the registration process. Requests must be submitted directly to the showcase administration team.
Policies account for venue commitments, staffing requirements, and event preparation costs.

Accepted athletes receive schedules, venue information, travel recommendations, and showcase updates leading up to the event.
