Please review the refund policy before registering for a Vaughan Volleyball League program. This policy covers missed classes, withdrawals, cancelled permits, and weather conditions.
Payment is due one week before the first day of the session.
If payment is not received, the athlete may not be able to participate until payment is received.
Payment for Vaughan Volleyball League can be made by credit card or by e-transfer to contact@vaughanvolleyball.com.
Withdrawals from the program are subject to a $25 administrative fee, plus $40 per session that has occurred at the time of withdrawal.
Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued after the second session has taken place, regardless of attendance.
Vaughan Volleyball League operates based on permits issued by the Woodbridge SportsDome. If a permit is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide a make-up session for affected athletes.
If a make-up session is not possible, participants will receive a credit voucher for future use in Vaughan Volleyball League programs.
Unless a permit is officially cancelled, the program will run as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.
