First Aid skills are considered perishable skills. Our monthly ten-minute refreshers help people maintain their knowledge and skills.
First Aid and CPR are Perishable Skills
The Refresher of the Month session only takes 5-10 minutes.
Groups enjoy the quick review and discussion and feel more prepared and safer at work, home and play.
Clients are sent an annual Refresher of the Month calendar, and then they receive detailed monthly sessions. Each month includes five steps to learn all about the procedure:
Procedure / Skill
A description of the injury or illness. Signs and Symptoms and the Ah! That’s how that works – an explanation of how the body is reacting and why the treatment works.
