The Refresher of the Month session only takes 10 minutes. Groups enjoy the quick review and discussion and feel more prepared and safer at work, home and play.

Clients are sent an annual Refresher of the Month calendar, and then they receive detailed monthly sessions. Each month includes five steps to learn all about the procedure:
